Job summary

Experis, part of ManpowerGroup, is seeking an Ansible Developer in Charlotte, NC, on a hybrid schedule. The role involves designing and implementing Ansible playbooks and automation to streamline enterprise infrastructure.

You will support complex migrations and storage configurations within a regulated banking/financial services environment. Qualified candidates bring 8+ years of Ansible experience, strong Python/Bash scripting, and familiarity with Ansible Tower and NetApp storage

As an Ansible Developer, you will be an integral part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting critical enterprise operations. What\'s the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation frameworks from scratch to streamline enterprise infrastructure processes.
• Automate complex data center and application migration activities, ensuring seamless transition and minimal downtime.
• Support storage and replication configurations, leveraging enterprise storage technologies such as NetApp and other replication solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale application migrations, including discovery, dependency mapping, and validation.
• Automate repeatable tasks related to infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and disaster recovery processes.

What\'s Needed?

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing with Ansible, including building playbooks, roles, and automation frameworks.
• Proven expertise in automating complex enterprise infrastructure environments and supporting data center-to-data center migrations.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and customization.
• Experience with Ansible Tower / Automation Platform is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise storage solutions, especially NetApp, and storage replication technologies.
• Prior experience working in highly regulated environments within the banking or financial services sector.
