Description

Alaska Northstar Resources (ANR) is seeking a Developer to join our team for a long-term project supporting a US government civil agency program.

This remote role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Participating in the design of software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis.
2. Assisting Applications Engineer and Applications Programmer to interpret software requirements and design specifications, then coding, integrating, and testing software components.

Requirements

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.

Candidate must have a Public Trust (or higher) clearance and undergo NACI (National Agency Check with Inquiries) Investigation.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in:

• Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and documenting new software and enhancements to existing applications.
• Using Angular framework with TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, Google Cloud SQL.
• Interpreting requirements to ensure application designs meet business needs.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Cypress or Selenium for E2E testing
• JUnit Java testing knowledge

Additional Information

Office environment. Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, accurately, and timely, both verbally and in writing (100%). Ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and clients (100%). Occasional business travel may be required; only approved expenses will be covered by ANR.
