Position Overview

We are hiring for a night shift Anodizing position for a busy manufacturing company in Spokane Valley. This is a full‑time temp‑to‑hire role with opportunity for advancement.

Objective

In this position you will be taught to apply coatings to restaurant equipment, utilizing various techniques.

Job Duties

• Standing on feet all day, lifting (up to 50lbs), bending and moving parts
• Working in hot, indoor environment
• Racking pans, spraying pans, counting pans
• Cleaning floors, wiping equipment
• Powder coating, masking for powder coating
• May be asked to clean restrooms, May be asked to do dump trash

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Exhibit excellent attendance and communication with the supervisors
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision
• Dynamic standing for 8-10 hours per day
• Previous production experience preferred
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Work history demonstrates reliability

Wage & Shift

Wage: $18/hr base pay + $1.25/hr shift diff = $19.25/hr. Shift: Wednesday – Monday, 10pm – 6:30am + OT. Working 6 days per week, 48 hours.
