Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Service Delivery professional to support and enhance the advisor experience through specialized operations support for Annuity Net and related tools. You will serve as a central contact for escalated advisor issues and ensure timely, accurate follow-through.

You will collaborate with advisors, staff, and partners, identify trends, contribute to documentation, and help resolve complex requests while adhering to regulatory

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain complex policies clearly.
Ability to research, ask questions, and identify root causes.
Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and spoken communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a central point of contact for escalated complex issues requiring tier 2 service support, take ownership, resolve and determine action while meeting regulatory and business controls.
Identify trends and issues, contribute to documentation, and submit Lean ideas for process improvements.
Develop and maximize relationships with advisors, staff, and Service and Operations business partners.
