Job summary

DXC Technologies is hiring Customer Service Representatives for the Annuities team. You will handle customer inquiries by phone or email, use computerized systems to track information, and resolve issues with empathy and attention to detail.

In this role, you will educate colleagues on contracts and product provisions, process transactions efficiently, and maintain excellent service standards to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to work a shift 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday–Friday; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email with high-quality service.
• Research and respond to status updates and contract discrepancies.
• Educate financial service representatives on processes and products.
• Process transactions and track responses to ensure completion.
• Maintain strong communication with customers to strengthen relationships.
