Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), and the region's only level 1 trauma center is looking for a full-time Annual Giving Specialist to join our Baystate Health Foundation team in Springfield, MA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Baystate Health, Annual Giving & Data Specialist oversees the operations and implementation of programs and activities aimed at furthering relationships and philanthropic support via the Baystate Health Foundation (BHF) annual giving, Gifts of Gratitude, and new donor welcome programs. Aimed at creating and furthering relationships with donor audiences, the Annual Giving and Data Specialist will use BHF databases as well as select Baystate Health databases to develop reports and enhance annual giving and Gifts of Gratitude programs.
Recognizing the vital role grateful patients and families have as new and on-going donors at all levels of philanthropic support, the Specialist will assess impact and plan outreach activities for grateful patient and Gifts of Gratitude programs accordingly in support of BHF goals. The Specialist will be responsible for developing, launching, and overseeing a BHF new donor welcome program. The Specialist is responsible for developing annual giving programs and outreach efforts to attract new BHF donors.
