Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA, has a leadership opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager/RN3 to join the Operating Room team, focusing on burns, hands and plastics. The role supports the Nurse Manager and leads perioperative nursing staff in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

The successful candidate will have a WA RN license, at least two years of perioperative experience, and proven leadership; this position offers 100% FTE with 40 hours per week and opportunities for staff

Harborview Medical Center has a leadership opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager/RN3 to join us in our Operating Room service line for Burns, hands and plastics.


DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Harborview's Operating Room is a fast-paced, high-acuity environment operating 24/7. Our surgical team performs more than 17,000 procedures annually in 25 state-of-the-art operating suites , supporting 13 surgical specialties , including trauma, vascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, burn, transplant, and more.


POSITION HIGHLIGHTS


  • Support RN3 operational and leadership responsibilities as assigned

  • Partner closely with the Nurse Manager and other Assistant Nurse Manager

  • Convenient access to public transportation

  • Make a meaningful impact on patients and team members


SCHEDULE:


  • 100% FTE

  • 40 hours/week


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

$50.72 hourly

$93.98 hourly

  • BSN or higher premium $1.00/hr

  • Certification premium $1.25/hr

  • Weekend shift differential $4.00/hr
