Job summary

Spencer's Spirit Halloween in Egg Harbor Township, NJ seeks an Animatronic Associate to support Animatronic and In Store Experience products. You will communicate with guests in person, by phone, email and live chat, helping troubleshoot and ship necessary parts.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree or 3 years in customer support, plus technical or mechanical experience and strong communication. You’ll train temps during peak season and contribute to cost control while delivering friendly

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years in customer support operations.
• Experience in a tech environment is a plus.
• Strong guest-facing verbal and written communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
• Hands-on end-user support in a high-availability environment.

Responsibilities

• Log and triage support calls from guests.
• Identify problem points and determine troubleshooting options.
• Coordinate with departments to implement enhancements and fixes.
• Participate in preseason product testing.
• Assist store teams with ISE setup and Animatronic troubleshooting.
• Resolve Animatronic and ISE issues and failures.
• Monitor costs; report parts and shipping expenses.
• Train and mentor a team of temps during peak season.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
