Job Title: Animal Welfare Director
Reporting to: Live Pork EHS Director
Department/Location: Remote Employee.
Salary Class: Salaried
The candidate should reside in Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, or Iowa geographical region or be willing to relocate.
JBS Live Pork is looking for a talented Animal Welfare Director. The Animal Welfare Directorwill lead a team of 3-4 JBS Live Pork Animal Welfare Managers and serve as the primary point of contact for all animal welfare activities.
A successful candidate will be able to work independently and maintain objective judgment. They will also need to be able to work with various stakeholder groups, including but not limited to Farm Managers, Production Managers, Field Managers, Contract Growers, Transporters, and processing plant personnel, to collaborate and provide feedback.
