Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Materials Handling Technician to support our animal health manufacturing operations. You will help ensure accurate daily tasks, deliver ingredients and equipment to pharmacy labs, and help maintain production flow in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, detail orientation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer full-time hours, onsite work, a 1:30 PM–10:00 PM schedule, and competitive compensation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or compounding preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and batch instructions.
• Comfortable working with chemicals used in compounding.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to stay focused in a production environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ingredients, supplies, and equipment to pharmacy labs
• Read batch tickets and distribute materials accurately
• Keep pharmacy production stocked and running smoothly
• Track and organize chemicals, ingredients, and lab supplies
• Support medication production for veterinarians and pets
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow pharmacy safety and quality standards
• Communicate with teams to keep production moving efficiently
