Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician license through the AZ State Board of Pharmacy required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Basic math skills including averages, ratios, and measurements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mixing pharmaceutical ingredients following compounding formulas.
• Measuring and weighing ingredients with precision.
• Operating blending and lab production equipment.
• Following pharmacy procedures for safe medication preparation.
• Maintaining batch documentation and production records.
• Performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy.
• Keeping lab workstations clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Helping ensure medications are produced safely, accurately, and on time.
