Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain a network of foster homes for shelter animals.
• Oversee placement of animals into foster care based on needs.
• Coordinate daily fostering activities: appointments, health checks, reminders.
• Conduct meet and greets to match animals to foster homes.
• Communicate with foster parents via phone/email and maintain records.
• Update photos and bios on Adopt-A-Pet, Petfinder, and kennel cards.
• Assist with care for animals entering or in foster care.
• Handle animals safely and humanely.
