Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of administrative, customer service or office support experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) is a desired qualification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative and customer service contact for Animal Control.
• Process service requests, licensing, records, and financial transactions with accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, training, and supplier payments while maintaining records.
• Assist with reports, communications, and community engagement for the division.
