Job summary

Elanco Animal Health Incorporated is seeking a Specialist - Animal Care & Clinical Operations to provide direction for animal care and supervising the team to ensure successful study conduct. You will collaborate with site veterinarians, study execution teams, and external partners to innovate and maintain high standards.

The role requires coordinating with R&D and QC teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs, and supporting multiple study types across species. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate of Arts/Science with 3+ years relevant clinical experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor of Science with 3+ years relevant clinical experience (Additional Preference)
• AALAS – LAT certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and activities in the assigned area to produce high-quality products and results.
• Prioritize and schedule daily animal care work to maintain efficiency and ensure completion.
• Communicate progress and issues to management.
• Train clinical personnel in sanitization, biosecurity, and animal husbandry for various species.
• Cooperate with site R&D and QC teams to achieve Elanco deliverables.
