Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year related work experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow detailed instruction.
• Able to work under odors, heat, humidity.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic familiarity with computers and navigating web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize all animal cage components and related equipment using washers.
• Operate cage wash units and autoclaves per SOP and safety guidelines.
• Report any deficiencies or failures to the Supervisor and document results.
• Handle waste bedding disposal using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitary environment for animals and report issues.
