We have partnered with our client in their search for an Angular/TypeScript Developer for a hybrid contract opportunity in either Plano, TX or Baltimore, MD

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for front end architecture, platform capabilities, and engineering best practices across web and mobile customer experiences.
• Partner with engineering teams to evolve Angular-based applications, micro front end architecture, shared component libraries, and front end platform standards.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and performant customer-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Partner with product, UX, platform, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive observability improvements through client-side monitoring, logging, telemetry, and performance measurement across web and mobile applications.
• Partner with analytics and business teams to implement tracking, tag management, experimentation, and customer journey measurement strategies.
• Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to improve release processes, deployment automation, and operational readiness.
• Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues impacting customer experiences.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to support modernization initiatives.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, technical coaching, and architecture discussions.
• Influence technical direction across teams and help establish standards that improve developer productivity, reliability, scalability, and customer experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for front end technologies, digital customer experiences, and platform engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting customer-facing web and mobile applications in production environments.
• Experience implementing micro front end architectures and shared UI platforms.
• Experience with front end observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, digital tracking, tag management solutions, and experimentation platforms.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and distributed system interactions.
• Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting complex customer-facing issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
• Passion for technical excellence, continuous improvement, and mentoring other engineers.

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on front end development.
