Job summary

Korn Ferry is partnering to find an experienced Angular/TypeScript Developer for a hybrid contract role in Plano, TX or Baltimore, MD. You will lead front-end architecture, collaborate with product and UX, and deliver scalable web and mobile experiences.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering focusing on front end, deep Angular and TypeScript expertise, and a track record of modern web app architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for front end architecture, platform capabilities, and engineering best practices across web and mobile customer experiences.
• Partner with engineering teams to evolve Angular-based applications, micro front end architecture, shared component libraries, and front end platform standards.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and performant customer-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Partner with product, UX, platform, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive observability improvements through client-side monitoring, logging, telemetry, and performance measurement across web and mobile applications.
• Partner with analytics and business teams to implement tracking, tag management, experimentation, and customer journey measurement strategies.
• Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to improve release processes, deployment automation, and operational readiness.
• Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues impacting customer experiences.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to support modernization initiatives.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, technical coaching, and architecture discussions.
• Influence technical direction across teams and help establish standards that improve developer productivity, reliability, scalability, and customer experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for front end technologies, digital customer experiences, and platform engineering practices.
