Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Dallas, TX, focused on SPA development with Angular/TypeScript and backend APIs. You will design scalable frontend architectures, implement robust tests, and maintain production-grade services in an Agile environment.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise full stack engineering, preferably in financial services or regulated domains, with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and a focus on reliable digital experiences.

Qualifications

  • Enterprise full stack engineering experience; financial services or regulated domain preferred
  • Senior Full Stack Engineer focused on SPA development and reusable UI capabilities
  • Expert-level Angular and modern TypeScript; SPA development and modern front-end architecture
  • Backend API design using Java, REST/JSON and service integration
  • Strong testing skills across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
  • CI/CD pipeline implementation and release quality gates
  • Production support and observability in AWS environment

Job Description
  • 10+ years of enterprise full stack engineering experience; financial services or regulated domain experience preferred.
  • Senior Full Stack Engineer focused on SPA development, reusable UI capabilities, backend API's, test automation, and reliable digital experience.
  • Expert-level Angular and modern TypeScript; SPA development; modern front‑end architecture; Interop.io experience preferred; React working knowledge preferred. Any past experience deploying in an MFE kind of ecosystem would be a plus.
  • Ability to design backend APIs supporting front end workflows and business capabilities; familiar with Java, REST/JSON and service integration experience.
  • Strong unit, component, integration, regression and end‑to‑end testing skills; ability to create automated test suites, test data, mock stubs, API tests, accessibility checks and quality gates for release readiness.
  • CI/CD pipeline implementation; build, test, deployment, and release quality gates; secure coding practices, dependency and code quality checks; code reviews and architecture participation.
  • Application logging, monitoring, observability, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
  • Working understanding of AWS cloud services, ability to use AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot efficiently.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills in Agile delivery environments; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 to $127189 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
