Responsibilities

• Translate the endlessly-iterating Elasticsearch outage into fixes that make the next Tuscaloosa launch dull.
• Scale Strategic Consulting Group's Angular services from Tuscaloosa pilot to AL-wide rollout.
• Pair with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver full-time projects.
• Document the Scrum system so the next mid-level engineer onboards in days, not weeks.
• Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using Critical Thinking and Redis.
• Chase down the People Management integration that silently drops Strategic Consulting Group events at midnight.
• Lead technical design reviews for mid-level technology initiatives.
