• Ship CI/CD fixes to Wilmington, DE customers the same day they are reported.
• Question and improve the quick-to-ship Ruby on Rails pattern.
• Untangle deployment blockers slowing Wilmington releases.
• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence.
