Overview

We are hiring a Angular Developer with 3-7 years of experience to build scalable front-end apps, lead Agile processes, and ensure code quality. Must be open to working in the US shift.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication & Requirement Gathering – Understand client needs, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality.
• Implement and Enforce Git Best Practices – Define workflows, branching strategies, and ensure smooth code collaboration.
• Ensure Agile Development Process – Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Optimize Code Quality and Security – Implement coding standards, security measures, and performance optimizations.
• Oversee Deployment & DevOps Practices – Ensure system reliability.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Work with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical goals with business needs.
• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular (v10+).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries like NgRx or Akita.
• Deep understanding of Redux State management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimize code.
• Ready to work in US shift.
