Job summary

Aninver Development Partners SL in Angola seeks a Digital Communications Specialist for a World Bank–funded youth employment initiative. The role focuses on designing and implementing an outreach and communication strategy to promote employability, self-employment, and productive inclusion among diverse Angolan audiences.

You will manage day-to-day social media, deploy inbound marketing strategies, and oversee CRM integration to track audiences and feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general experience with social media management, digital tools, CRM, and inbound marketing.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Education in Marketing Digital, TICs, or Design Digital or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media channels and digital outreach activities.
• Design and deploy inbound marketing strategies to attract and engage project beneficiaries.
• Oversee the integration and utilization of CRM tools for audience tracking and feedback management.
• Create engaging digital content for various online platforms and target demographics.
• Monitor digital campaign performance using analytics and report on KPIs and OKRs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure alignment between digital campaigns and institutional messaging.
