Job description

**Travel is required twice per week to our Queensbury Location.**

**This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus.**

Responsibilities:

1. Provide pre, intra, and post-procedure care.
2. Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
3. Accurately and legibly document information into patient records in a timely manner.
4. Assess vital signs and the reason for each patient visit.
5. Triage patient phone calls: collect, analyze, and create a well-documented plan of care based on presenting symptoms and expected healthcare outcomes.
6. Prepare patients for visits as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved diploma or degree program in nursing.
• Current NYS license as an RN.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in angiography preferred but not required.
• Experience in pre, intra, and post-procedure care preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

Annual salary range: $37.75 - $53.75. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may be eligible for overtime pay.
