Job summary

Paycom - ATS in San Antonio, TX seeks a Seasonal Full Time coordinator to manage the Angel Tree Program and lead volunteers. You will recruit and train staff, prepare program records, and ensure timely gift adoption for donors and recipients.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with office experience. Valid driver’s license and the ability to work on-site during the holiday season are preferred.

Responsibilities

Makes sure all information and necessary items to fulfill the adoption of Angels in a timely and efficient manner for pick up and return of gifts. Manages the Angel Tree Program; recruits, trains, coordinates the work of volunteers ensuring sample staff to meet Christmas Angel Tree program needs; prepares records and reports for the Christmas Angel Tree program.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

High School diploma or G.E.D. and Two years experience working in an office Environment (preferred) or Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the Required knowledge, skills and abilities.
