TeamHealth is seeking a cardiac anesthesiologist to join our vibrant team at Tampa General Hospital. Eligible candidates will be fellowship trained; extensive clinical experience is also welcomed.

Tampa General Hospital is the premier tertiary care academic health system serving the Tampa Bay area, with over 1,000 beds and expanding. It is home to the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, and an anesthesiology residency program accredited for 12 residents per year. All applicants should have a desire to participate in resident education and seek faculty rank within the department. Experience or interest in clinical research is a plus.

TGH handles complex cases across various specialties, including cardiac, transplant, obstetrics and gynecology (including high risk), pediatrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, thoracic, spine, and oncology. It is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the region and the only accredited burn center, providing critical care to those in need and making a significant impact on the Tampa Bay community.
