Position Description:

Penn Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Medical Director of Peri-Procedural Services at Chester County Hospital (CCH) in West Chester, PA. The Medical Director will lead Peri-Procedural services (Anesthesia, pre-procedure, operative, post-procedure, PAT) in collaboration with the Nursing Director of Perioperative Services, providing both clinical and administrative oversight.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Anesthesia Practice Management
• Business planning
• Patient care processes
• Clinical effectiveness and quality improvement
• Regulatory compliance
• Change management
• Financial management

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Minimum of two years management experience
• Administrative experience in an OR setting and with an anesthesia physician group preferred
• Strong management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across Penn Medicine
