Experience life with us: We are seeking a full-time, dedicated, and skilled Anesthesiologist to join our Collaborative Anesthesiology Team at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana. Position Details: Competitive base salary, annual retention bonus, performance/metric bonus, additional shift pay options, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, occurrence-based malpractice coverage. Call is distributed equitably: M-F 3p-7a, Sun 7a-7a, with post-call week off. No OB. 8 weeks' vacation/PTO. Practice involves solo (60%) or Medical Direction (40%) with coverage ratios of 1:3 or better. Strong ultrasound regional skills required, including peripheral nerve blocks. The patient base exceeds 500,000 at a Level 3 trauma center, with a wide variety of cases and ages (peds 6 months and up).
