Job Summary: HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking a BC/BE General Anesthesiologist to become the Facility Medical Director at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital in Trinity, FL. This program is experiencing exciting growth and offers an outstanding culture. The expanded staffing model and newly added OB nighthawk APPs support work/life balance for our physicians. The Facility Medical Director will work collaboratively with the Operations team, Hospital Administration, and APP leadership to maintain a respectful work environment, lead by example, and provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills and previous leadership experience. Responsibilities include ensuring high standards of healthcare delivery, employee satisfaction, retention, and monitoring quality metrics.

Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

• Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 26 AAs covering 12 sites. Medical direction of CAAs.
• Diverse case mix including General Surgery, Ortho, Endo, GYN, Vascular, OB, EP, Spine, etc. No Trauma or Cardiac cases.
• Average work week of 40-50 hours plus in-house overnight call 1:8, 3 p.m. - 7 a.m., with post-call day off.
• Dedicated CAA stays in-house, covering OB, Monday-Sunday, 8 p.m. - 8 a.m., on a 3-week rotation.
