Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. in Texas seeks an Anesthesiologist to join a team of physicians and CRNAs at a Level III Trauma Center.

This W-2 salaried role offers competitive compensation and a diverse case mix across orthopedics, urology, GI, bariatrics, plastics, thoracic, GYN, trauma and podiatry. You will provide anesthesia with a multidisciplinary team, manage a broad caseload, and enjoy a generous benefits package including significant PTO, CME time, and sign-on/relocation incentives.

Responsibilities

• No OB coverage required; all OB cases managed by CRNAs.
• Potential involvement in cardiac anesthesia; fellowship not mandatory, preceptorship available.
• Provide comprehensive patient care with support from a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain malpractice coverage, including occurrence and tail coverage.
