Job description

Anesthesiology opening - Somerset, PA

Located in Southwest PA, 70 miles from Pittsburgh. J1 and H1b visa sponsorship eligible. Two weeks on, one week off schedule.

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent hospital employment
• Join a team of three physicians in a collaborative, close-knit group of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs
• Attractive compensation package with 17 weeks off annually
• Requirements: BC/BE, MD or equivalent, ability to obtain PA license
• Team includes an exceptional staff of 6 CRNAs
• Schedule: First week clinical with call, second week clinical
• Case types: Bread and butter cases; no obstetrics, cardiac, head, or trauma cases
• Teaching opportunities with CRNA students
• Facilities: 5 operating rooms, 1 endoscopy suite, GI labs
• Surgical procedures include Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, General Surgery, Dental, Podiatry, GYN, and Pain Management
• Case volume: 3,500 non-GI cases and 2,500 GI procedures annually
