Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens coverage in California. Start ASAP with day shifts (8, 10, 12 hours) and Monday–Friday schedule. The provider will run own cases and must have an active California license, board certification, and ACLS.

EMR experience includes Cerner; paper charting is also referenced. The role includes malpractice insurance arrangements, and travel & lodging support via AMN Healthcare's dedicated team, with opportunities to cover multiple

Qualifications

• Active California medical license required.
• Board Certification and ACLS required.
• Cerner EMR experience; paper and Cerner.
• Shifts: Monday–Friday; 8, 10, 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Will run own anesthesia cases.
• Provide anesthesiology services for locum tenens need.
• Participate in perioperative care as assigned.

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Call & Requirements: Monday- Friday; 8, 10, 12 hour shifts
• Supervision vs Independent: Will run own cases.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper and Cerner
• Certifications required: Board Certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Number of Operating Rooms: 6
• License Required or accepting IMLC: Active California License required
