Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support in Pennsylvania. Shifts include day coverage with 8- and 10-hour options, and on-call obligations. Board certification and PA licensure eligibility are required. Epic EMR experience is preferred, with supervision ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 and a 6-operating-room setting.

Qualifications

• Board certification is required for this Anesthesiology physician role.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred for charting and orders.
• Willingness to obtain state medical licensure is required for assignment in PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for surgical patients across the facility's ORs.
• Coordinate with surgical teams and nursing staff for patient safety.
• Maintain patient monitoring and anesthesia records according to hospital policy.
• Respond to emergencies and manage anesthesia-related complications as needed.
