Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support in Florida. Start ASAP with on-call shifts Monday–Friday 7a–9p and weekends 7a–7a. Requires active Florida license, board certification, and experience with Meditech and iPro documentation.

Salary is paid at a rate of $315.25–$341.25 per hour. The position includes malpractice insurance arranged by AMN and travel/lodging support for contractors.

• Board Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia as Anesthesiology Physician.
• Coordinate with 1 Physician and 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Adhere to on-call schedule: Mon–Fri 7a–9p and 7a–7a on weekends.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Call & requirements: Monday-Friday 7a to 9p, and 7a to 7a on weekends
• Supervision vs independent: 1 Physician, 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• EMR: Meditech (hospital system) and iPro (iPad-based anesthesia documentation)
• Certifications required: Board Certification required
• License required or accepting IMLC: Active Florida license required at time of presentation; not accepting IMLC
