Job summary

Ascension is hiring an anesthesiologist for inpatient coverage at Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo in Indiana. You will join a team of anesthesiologists and APPs, participate in a Monday–Friday call schedule with weekend/holiday rotation, and provide comprehensive perioperative care.

The role includes leadership opportunities, a nonprofit health-system setting, and a focus on quality and cost‑effectiveness to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board certified or eligible.
• Indiana licensure/registration prior to hire date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred.

• Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo is a 117-bed short-term acute care hospital. Operating 24/7, it features a 24-hour emergency room, a Level III trauma-capable designation, and the only robotic surgery center in Howard County.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
