Sound Physicians invites you to join our Phoenix, Arizona team as a nocturnist anesthesiologist on a 26-week night float schedule (7 days on/7 days off). You will provide expert anesthesia care and leadership during night shifts while collaborating with a dedicated care team.

Work alongside 16 physicians and 39 CRNAs at Banner University Medical Center, a nationally recognized Level I trauma center. Together with surgeons and perioperative colleagues, you’ll uphold the highest standards of

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Experience in night float or nocturnist roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide anesthesia services during night shifts as part of a 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Collaborate with surgeons and perioperative teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of anesthesia delivery during assigned shifts.

Work alongside other highly motivated anesthesiologists in a strong care team model style practice. We foster close collaboration with our surgical and perioperative colleagues, ensuring we collectively provide the highest standard of anesthesia care for the Phoenix community. Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia. Great opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologists or individuals just starting their careers.

26‑week Night Float Position (7-days-on/7-days-off)

Anesthesiologists provide clinical leadership and oversight of anesthesia care delivery while also independently managing and administering anesthesia services during assigned shifts.
