The Medical Center is a community-based, university-affiliated teaching facility, with ACS verified and designated as a Level 1 Adult Trauma and Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center.
The practice includes:
Approximately 11,000 anesthesia encounters are generated per year. In-house call is 4-5 times per month. The position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with high-acuity adult and pediatric patients while supervising and teaching residents, CRNAs, student nurse anesthetists, and medical students. This teaching environment offers opportunities for academic appointments through our university affiliations.
