Active state license is required (Pennsylvania).

Need full time provider to work 7:30-3pm M-F

Will provide medical, surgical, and consultative care for patients requiring the service of interventional pain

Collaboration/supervision/partnership of APP

Must be competent in interventions: radiofrequency ablations, steroid injections, nerve blocks, & spinal cord stimulators

Estimated Shifts/Month: 20

Privileges Available: Full Privileges; Temp Privileges

EMR / Charting: Epic

Providers Typical Day: All OR, no clinic. Shifts are MON-FRI 7:30AM - 3PM
