Job Description

Summary:
CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Department at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas. The department offers a diverse case mix, excluding hearts or transplants, and emphasizes a collaborative approach.

What We Offer:

• Broad case mix including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gyn, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eyes, EP, GI, and optional OB (if proficient with epidural and spinal anesthesia).
• Utilization of advanced anesthesia equipment such as Digital Mindray Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, GlideScopes, and EPIC charting.
• Flexible scheduling options with 8/10/12-hour shifts; additional 16 & 24-hour shifts available once comfortable.
• No call required.

Compensation:

• Competitive starting salary, welcoming new graduates, with opportunities for additional earnings.
• Guaranteed 40 hours/week pay.
• Premium pay rate of $150/hour for hours over 40 in a week.
• Shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Holidays paid at 1.5x rate.
