Job summary

Sutter Medical Group in Northern California is seeking a dynamic physician leader in Anesthesiology to shape care delivery across our expanding service footprint. This role combines strategic leadership (0.5 FTE) with flexible clinical practice (0.1–0.5 FTE) in a collaborative environment.

You will work closely with CRNAs to develop and deploy the workforce strategy, supervise clinical activity across acute care and ambulatory settings, and align work with personal location preferences while

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical practice.
• Minimum 2 years in progressive medical group leadership.
• Experience with strategic planning and cross-specialty collaboration.
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead anesthesia strategy and development across our expanding service footprint.
• Collaborate with CRNAs to develop and deploy workforce strategy.
• Provide flexible clinical practice opportunities (0.1–0.5 FTE) across sites.
• Work with physicians and APPs to improve care delivery.
