The ideal candidate has strong communication and relationship-building skills, extensive leadership experience, and the ability to represent the department as a trusted partner across the organization. OB nighthawk support is provided to balance workload.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Anesthesiology.
• Minimum leadership experience in an acute-care setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the Anesthesiology department across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with Operations, Administration, and APP leadership.
