The role collaborates with the Facility Medical Director, hospital administration and APP leadership to advance patient care and departmental performance.

The program supports work-life balance with an expanded staffing model, OB nighthawk APPs and a schedule of 40–50 hours weekly with 1:8 in-house overnight call, plus a competitive compensation
