Job summary

Envision is seeking a Certified Anesthesiology Assistant for a full-time role at HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, FL. The candidate will join a team of 13 physicians and 7 CRNAs to provide anesthesia care across neurosurgery, interventional radiology and other specialties.

NO pediatrics, trauma or OB. The position features a 3-day work week with 14-hour shifts and on-call duties, minimal weekend calls, and competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life

Qualifications

• Certified Anesthesiology Assistant (CAA) certification required.
• Ability to handle a 3-day work week with 14-hour shifts and on-call duties.
• Experience with diverse case mixes including neurosurgery, interventional radiology, thoracic, vascular, ortho, plastics, ENT and endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases at HCA Florida Westside Hospital.
• Monitor and manage patient anesthesia throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, CRNAs and surgical teams to ensure patient safety.
