Job summary

Medicorp, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a high-volume practice in North Dakota. Candidates will work within a collaborative team environment, performing approximately 140–150 pump cases annually, alongside various advanced surgical procedures.

The ideal candidate will have completed a Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship and possess Advanced TEE Certification. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package includes a base salary starting at $660,672, performance bonuses, and professional development resources.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume cardiac anesthesia cases with a collaborative team.
  • Engage in diverse clinical practices ranging from General to Pediatric anesthesia.
  • Participate in the performance of TAVR and other advanced procedures.

Anesthesiology (Cardiac) – North Dakota
Practice Highlights
  • High-volume program featuring approximately 140–150 pump cases annually, alongside 70–80 additional cardiothoracic surgical cases.
  • Robust structural heart initiative incorporating TAVR, Watchman, and Mitraclip procedures.
  • High-capacity cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs managing roughly 1,530 cases monthly.
  • Diverse clinical scope offering opportunities to practice across General, Trauma, Orthopedic, OB, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Pediatric, and Regional anesthesia.
  • Collaboration within an established, collaborative group of 12 anesthesiologists utilizing a medically directed care model alongside CRNAs.
  • Services are based out of a major regional Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Anesthesia.
  • Completion of a Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship.
  • Advanced TEE Certification.
