Job summary

Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join outpatient ASC centers in the Greater Philadelphia area. The role offers predictable weekday schedules with no nights or weekends and a pathway to partnership for the right candidate.

In this ambulatory setting, you will supervise CRNAs, manage a diverse case mix across specialties, and contribute to ongoing quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology by the ABA.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Experience or strong interest in ambulatory anesthesia and outpatient surgical care.
• DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia supervision and care for outpatient surgical cases at multiple ASCs in the Philadelphia region.
• Supervise CRNAs in delivering safe anesthesia care.
• Manage anesthesia for orthopedic, gastroenterology, pediatric dental, cardiology, and other outpatient cases.
• Maintain patient safety and high-quality outcomes in the ASC setting.
• Collaborate with surgeons, teams, and staff to ensure optimal results.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical performance initiatives.
• Optional availability for additional shifts with expanded case variety.
