Job summary

CompHealth in Skowhegan, ME, is seeking board-eligible or board-certified anesthesiologists to join a collaborative team of 3 physicians and 1 CRNA. The role covers general, regional, and local anesthesia for a range of surgical and non-surgical procedures.

You’ll participate in pre-op evaluation, risk assessment, and post-op pain management, with a manageable 1:4 call rotation and generous vacation plus CME.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologists encouraged to apply.
• Experience with general, regional and local anesthesia.
• Ability to participate in pre-op evaluation and post-op pain management.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, regional and local anesthesia for procedures.
• Conduct pre-op evaluations and risk assessments.
• Manage post-op pain and recovery planning.
• Participate in a 1:4 on-call schedule.
