• Case volume: 2,500 cases per year (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical)
• Case mix: General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT, pediatric ENT
• 1–2 operating rooms daily
• Medical direction of 1–2 CRNAs

Compensation

• $300 per hour
