Compensation

• Per Diem Rate: $200/hour
• Medical Malpractice covered

Practice Setting

• Per Diem | 8 hours per day - Start time: 6:30am
• Hazleton Surgery Center
• Annual case volume: 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical)
• Case mix: Pediatrics, General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, ENT
• 1-2 ORs daily
• Physicians from the hospital rotate through and provide CRNA supervision

Qualifications

• Active PA license
