North American Partners in Anesthesia seeks an experienced anesthesiologist for a fast-paced practice at OSF St Anthony Medical Center, a Level I trauma center in Rockford, IL. The role requires an MD or DO, completion of an anesthesiology residency, and board eligibility or certification.

The position offers a $500K annual salary with a $100K sign-on and comprehensive benefits, including malpractice coverage and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
