About The Clinician's Workday
This opportunity starts July 1st and is ongoing, with a Monday through Friday schedule of either 7 AM–3 PM or 7 AM–5 PM, rotating weekly, and a 40-hour guarantee. The call schedule is 1:9 with two call backs per month and 23 weekends per year, though CRNAs are not initially expected to take call (covered by MDs). There are typically 4-7 shifts per day. Case types include general, ortho, pediatrics, OB (c-sections only), and limited cardiac cases like ablations and cardioversions. There is no trauma or neuro. The model includes supervision and medical direction, with 12 physicians always on call. The facility has 6 ORs and 1 GI procedure room, uses Epic for EMR, and the team consists of 2 MDs and 10 CRNAs.
