Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens clinician for a California assignment in Torrance. The role covers general adults, ENT, and orthopedic patients in a hospital setting with hospital privileges. You will perform general anesthesia procedures and manage pager-based call with weekend coverage.

Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and full support through a Weatherby consultant. All assignments are tracked via an online portal.

Qualifications

• Shifts: 4 x 10-hour per week, Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri.
• Pager call: 2 days per week; 1 weekend pager monthly.
• Patient mix: general adults, ENT, orthopedic.
• Hospital setting with hospital privileges.
• General anesthesia procedures required.
• Malpractice insurance provided; travel and housing pre-paid.

Job description

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week -- Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri, flexible


• 2 days of pager call per week


• 1 weekend pager call per month -- Sat 7am to Mon 7am


• General adults, ENT, and orthopedic patient population


• Hospital setting -- hospital privileges required

From $300.00 to $400.00 hourly
